These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and the terms on which we provide our web design, development, SEO, and related services. Please read them carefully. By using this website or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
RankDigi is a brand of Softech Enterprises, a proprietorship owned by (shown with JavaScript enabled), located at A 6/165, Brij Puri, North East Delhi, Delhi 110094, India. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Softech Enterprises and the RankDigi brand. "You" and "client" mean the person or business using our website or services.
Using Our Website
You are welcome to browse our website, read our articles, and contact us. When using the website, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
- Send spam, fake enquiries, or harmful code through our forms
- Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the website or its admin area
- Copy large parts of our content, design, or images to use as your own
The information on our website, including prices, timelines, and blog articles, is general guidance. It is not a binding offer. Your actual price, scope, and timeline are the ones stated in the written quote we send you.
Our Content
The text, graphics, design, and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts of our articles with a link back to the source. Please do not republish full articles or our images without our written permission. Client websites shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.
Quotes and Project Scope
- Every project starts with a written quote that lists the pages, features, price, and estimated timeline.
- The quote becomes the agreed scope once you accept it and make the first payment.
- Work that is not listed in the quote, such as extra pages, new features, or major design changes after approval, is extra work. We will tell you the cost before starting it.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. After that, prices may change.
Payments
- Payment terms, including any advance payment and the payment schedule, are stated in your quote or invoice.
- Work begins after the first payment is received.
- The website is launched, or final files are handed over, after full payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added as shown on the invoice.
- Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, premium themes, paid plugins, and apps are paid by you, either directly or reimbursed to us, unless your quote says they are included.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
A website project is teamwork. To keep your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide your content, such as text, images, logo, and product details, in the time agreed
- Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable time
- Choose one person to give final approvals, to avoid mixed instructions
- Give us the access we need, such as domain, hosting, or payment gateway accounts
- Make sure you have the right to use all content you give us, including images, text, and logos
Timelines in your quote assume content and feedback arrive on time. Delays on your side will move the delivery date. If a project is put on hold by the client for a long period, we may need to reschedule it around other work.
Revisions
Your quote includes a set number of revision rounds for the design and build. Small corrections and fixes to our own mistakes are always included. Extra revision rounds or changes to already-approved work may be charged separately, and we will always tell you before charging.
Ownership of Your Website
- Once you have paid in full, you own the final website content and design created specifically for you.
- Your domain name, hosting account, and website admin logins should be in your name. We will help set them up that way.
- Themes, plugins, fonts, and other third-party tools remain the property of their creators and are used under their own licences.
- Our general methods, reusable code, and know-how remain ours, and we may use them in other projects.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished website in our portfolio and mention you as a client.
Third-Party Services
Websites depend on services from other companies, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email providers, WordPress, Shopify, and plugin developers. We are not responsible for their downtime, price changes, policy changes, or decisions, such as a payment gateway rejecting an application. Their own terms apply to your use of their services.
Support and Maintenance
After launch, we fix any errors in the work we delivered that are reported within the support period stated in your quote. Ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, and new changes are covered by a separate website maintenance plan, if you choose one. Without a maintenance plan, keeping software, themes, and plugins updated after launch is your responsibility.
SEO and Results
We follow good practices for speed, SEO, and conversions, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, enquiries, or sales. Search engines and online platforms decide their own results and change them often, and business results depend on many things outside our control.
Projects Through Fiverr
If you hire us through Fiverr, Fiverr's terms of service and its payment and dispute rules apply to that order, together with the order details agreed on Fiverr.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing.
- Payments already made cover the work done up to the date of cancellation and are generally not refundable for completed work.
- If you have paid for work that has not been started, we will discuss a fair refund for that part.
- Money paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domain or hosting fees, cannot be refunded by us.
- We may stop work on a project if payments are overdue, if we are asked to do something unlawful, or if we are treated abusively. In that case, you pay only for the work done.
Limitation of Liability
We work carefully and professionally, but to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Please keep your own backups of important content and data.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy, including how we use WhatsApp to contact you, how you can opt out, and how to request deletion of your data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to a project are the ones in place when you accepted its quote, unless we both agree otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith to find a friendly solution. If that is not possible, the courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
