How to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.

You can ask RankDigi (Softech Enterprises) to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request, what we delete, and how long it takes.

What Data This Covers

  • Enquiries you sent through our contact form (name, email address, phone number, and message)
  • Your WhatsApp opt-in record and our WhatsApp conversations with you
  • Your newsletter subscription
  • Any other personal data you shared with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email us at Email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name and the email address or phone number you used to contact us, so we can find your data.
  3. Or send us a WhatsApp message saying "DELETE MY DATA" from the number you used with us.

What Happens Next

  1. We confirm that the request is really from you, for example by replying to the email address or phone number you used. This protects your data from being deleted by someone else.
  2. We delete your personal data from our website database, email, and WhatsApp records.
  3. We confirm by email or WhatsApp once the deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.

What We May Need to Keep

If you are or were a client, Indian tax and accounting laws require us to keep invoices and payment records for a set period. We keep only what the law requires, only for as long as it requires, and we do not use it for anything else. We will tell you if this applies to your request.

WhatsApp Messages

When we delete your data, we delete our copy of our WhatsApp conversations with you and your opt-in record. Messages already delivered to your own phone stay in your WhatsApp app until you delete the chat there. If you only want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages, simply reply STOP to any message from us.
