This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, how we use it (including for WhatsApp messages), who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can opt out or ask us to delete it. We have written it in plain language so it is easy to understand.

RankDigi is a brand of Softech Enterprises, a proprietorship owned by Deepak Maurya (GSTIN: 07CAKPM4967Q1ZO), located at A 6/165, Brij Puri, North East Delhi, Delhi 110094, India. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Softech Enterprises and the RankDigi brand. "You" means anyone who visits our website or contacts us. We are the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• We collect your name, phone number, email address, and message when you contact us.
• We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to work on your project.
• We send you WhatsApp messages only if you opt in, using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
• We share your phone number with Meta only to deliver those messages.
• We never sell your personal data.
• You can reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data.

Data We Collect

Data you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, a subject, and your message.
• WhatsApp opt-in: whether you ticked the box to receive WhatsApp updates, the date and time you ticked it, the IP address it was ticked from, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep this as proof of your consent.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Messages, calls, and emails: your phone number or email address, your name as shown on your profile, and whatever you choose to send us.
• Client projects: the business information and website content you share with us if you hire us.

Data collected automatically

• IP address and browser details when you submit a form, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
• Essential cookies that keep the website working and secure. See "Cookies" below.

We do not ask for bank or card details, health information, or government ID numbers on this website. Please do not send them through our forms.

Why We Use Your Data

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• To send quotes, proposals, invoices, and project updates
• To build, launch, and support your website if you become a client
• To send WhatsApp updates, only if you opted in
• To send our newsletter, only if you signed up
• To keep our website secure and free of spam
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, tick the WhatsApp box, or sign up, and where the law otherwise allows it, such as to keep records we are legally required to keep.

WhatsApp Messaging

If you tick the WhatsApp box on our contact form ("I agree to receive updates from RankDigi on WhatsApp. I can reply STOP anytime to unsubscribe."), or message us on WhatsApp yourself, we may send you WhatsApp messages about:

• Replies and follow-ups to your enquiry
• Quotes, proposals, and questions about your requirements
• Project updates, review links, and launch information
• Support and maintenance information for your website
• Occasional updates about our services

We send these messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC. To deliver a message, we share your phone number and the message content with Meta. We share this data with Meta only to deliver our messages to you, not for any other purpose. Meta's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of WhatsApp.

Ticking the box is optional. If you do not tick it, we will not message you on WhatsApp, and we will reply by email or phone instead.

How to Opt Out

• WhatsApp: reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. We will stop sending you WhatsApp messages and confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Email: email us at support@rankdigi.com with the subject "Opt out" and tell us which messages you want to stop (WhatsApp, newsletter, or all).

If you opt out but later message us yourself, we will reply to that message because you asked us to.

Who We Share Data With

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We share it only with:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), only to deliver WhatsApp messages you opted in to
• Our web hosting and email providers, who store and deliver data for us and may use it only to provide their service
• Freelance platforms such as Fiverr, only if you choose to hire us through them
• Government authorities or courts, only when the law requires it

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted within 24 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.
• WhatsApp opt-in records: kept while you are subscribed and for 24 months after you opt out, as proof that we had your consent.
• WhatsApp conversations: kept for up to 24 months after our last message, or deleted sooner if you ask.
• Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Client records and invoices: kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Have your data erased when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law
• Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity
• Have your complaint addressed by our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, email us at support@rankdigi.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, including your enquiries, WhatsApp messages, and opt-in records. Email support@rankdigi.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or follow the full steps on our Data Deletion page. We will confirm once your data has been deleted.

Cookies

We use essential cookies that keep the website working and protect our forms, plus browser storage that remembers your theme choice and your cookie choice.

Security

Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Enquiries can be seen only by authorised people with password-protected accounts, and our systems are kept updated. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
